Getting it Done Together: VTEC and INAV

The Veterans Training Empowerment Center (VTEC) is proud to partner with I Need A Veteran (INAV) to provide participants of its training programs with specialized job placement opportunities tailored specifically for soldiers transitioning out of the military, veterans, National Guard, and Reserve members. Upon completion of VTEC’s hands-on training in fields like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and energy solutions, graduates will gain immediate access to staffing jobs through INAV. This partnership ensures that VTEC participants not only receive valuable training but also have a direct pathway to employment in industries aligned with their new skills. By working together, VTEC and INAV are empowering servicemembers to secure meaningful careers and achieve long-term economic success after their military service.
