We are expanding the training programs offered through our Career Skills Program for transitioning soldiers, veterans, National Guard, Reserve members, and their family members. Civilians are also welcome to enroll in our classes.
VTEC partners with industry leaders that hire for these roles, creating accelerated training pathways that lead directly to guaranteed job opportunities so participants can enter the workforce quickly and support their families.
Spending years in training for skills that may be outdated by the time the program is completed is no longer the right path in today’s rapidly changing workforce.
VTEC National Training & Hiring Command Center
The VTEC National Training Center will serve as a centralized national hub where transitioning soldiers and veterans receive hands-on training and connect directly with employers. By bringing training, certification, and hiring into one location, it streamlines workforce entry, accelerates career placement, and creates a unified pipeline from military service to meaningful civilian employment.
Advanced Skills Trades (Plumbing, Electrical, & HVAC)
The Advanced Skilled Trades Training program equips participants with hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Designed for residential, commercial, and government applications, it prepares graduates to meet workforce demands with industry-relevant skills, certifications, and immediate job placement opportunities across multiple service sectors.
A.I. (Artificial Intelligence)
The Artificial Intelligence training program equips participants with practical skills in AI systems, automation, and data-driven technologies. Designed for residential, commercial, and government applications, it prepares graduates to support real-world AI solutions, smart systems integration, and emerging workforce demands across multiple industries.
Robotics
The Robotics training program provides hands-on experience in robotic systems, automation, and smart device integration. Simulation & VR Training Labs

Provides safe, structured housing for trainees, enabling full program participation, reducing financial burden, and supporting out-of-state military-connected individuals while maintaining focus on training completion and career transition success.
Business-to-Soldier Hiring Hub
Connects employers directly with trained talent through on-site interviews, recruiting events, and job matching, creating a seamless pipeline from training completion to immediate employment with partner companies.
Livable Quarters (On-Site Housing)
Provides safe, structured housing for trainees, enabling full program participation, reducing financial burden, and supporting out-of-state military-connected individuals while maintaining focus on training completion and career transition success.

Wellness & Recovery Center
The Wellness & Recovery Center provides trainees with a dedicated space to maintain physical fitness and receive therapeutic support. Designed to promote strength, resilience, and overall well-being, it offers structured workouts, recovery services, and stress management resources to ensure participants perform at their highest level during training and transition.
Veteran & Family Resource Center
The Veteran & Family Resource Center partners with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to provide essential services for transitioning soldiers, veterans, and their families. It delivers benefits guidance, career support, and holistic resources in one centralized location, ensuring a smooth transition to civilian life and long-term stability.
