VTEC Unveils Expansion Plan: 20 New Military Sites Across the Nation in 2025–2026
Empowering Military Communities Through Training and Career Placement
The Veterans Training Empowerment Center (VTEC) is excited to announce a significant expansion in 2025 and 2026, bringing high-quality training programs to 20 additional military locations across the U.S. This expansion strengthens VTEC’s mission to provide transitioning soldiers from all military branches, veterans, National Guard, and Reserve members with the skills and career opportunities needed for long-term success.
VTEC's Mission: Workforce Training at No Cost
-
VTEC is committed to ensuring that military personnel and their families have access to industry-leading training and guaranteed job placement at no cost. The program is fully funded through grants and donations, providing career pathways for transitioning service members, veterans, immediate family members, and families of fallen soldiers.
-
Through partnerships with Tesla, Qmerit, Rivian, Gi-Techs, Amazon, Roto-Rooter, Ford, Google, Motorola, FirstNet, Lowe's, DJI, and other top employers, VTEC connects graduates with direct job placements. Additionally, VTEC is expanding a database of 100+ companies dedicated to hiring skilled veterans that complete our training program.
Ten-Year Growth Plan: Training and Job Placement Impact
VTEC’s goal is to establish two training centers in every state over the next ten years, scaling at a rate of approximately ten new centers per year. With this expansion, VTEC aims to train and place 50,000 transitioning soldiers, veterans, and their families into careers annually, making a significant impact on the U.S. workforce.
"The United States has an incredible resource in its transitioning soldiers. Many of their Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) seamlessly translate into civilian careers with minimal training. These service members bring proven commitment, dedication, and a strong work ethic, ensuring they see every job through to completion."
– David W. Gallemore, Service-Disabled Veteran, President of Operations
Success Stories & Testimonials
-
"The most valuable part of this program is the hands-on training. There is no better way to learn than by doing work in real-world situations. Thanks to this experience, I secured a job with Gi-Techs in Columbus, Georgia just days after completing the program.” – United States Army, Staff Sergeant
-
"The VTEC class is a good course I will recommend to anyone getting out of the military. it gives Soldiers the knowledge and hands-on training to complete residential and commercial repairs and VTEC and VTEC is training my son to join their support team. These guys aren't just talking the talk but doing what they say" – Marine Corps Veteran, Sergeant
