The Legacy Pathways Program and Home Heroes Support Program are dedicated VTEC initiatives designed to empower and uplift military families and veterans. The Legacy Pathways Program provides free training to immediate family members of fallen soldiers, equipping them with skills and career opportunities to honor their loved ones’ sacrifices. In tandem, the Home Heroes Support Program offers free home repair labor for senior citizens, veterans over 65, and service-disabled customers, creating safe and comfortable homes while giving VTEC technicians valuable, hands-on experience. Together, these programs honor service with support and opportunity, strengthening our communities and celebrating the legacy of those who have served.

Home Heros Support Program
The Home Heroes Support Program is a VTEC initiative designed to give back to senior citizens, veterans over 65, and service-disabled customers by providing essential home repair services at no labor cost. Through this program, VTEC technicians gain hands-on, in-field training experience while delivering critical repairs to qualifying homes. Although labor is free, any necessary parts are the responsibility of the homeowner, making high-quality, affordable repairs accessible to all participants. This program honors those who have served by ensuring safer, well-maintained living spaces and equipping trainees with valuable, real-world experience to build their skills.
